Casino Kingdom – the name of this gambling site is already intriguing but does it have something new and interesting to offer or is it just another run-of-the-mill casino? This review that I made will answer that question.
Sign-up Bonus: Not Enticing At All
They offer a £77 match bonus which is not that much if compared to the welcome packages of other online casinos. Mansion Casino’s 100% welcome bonus of up to £500 which is a lot better and if I’m a high roller, I can even get a bigger bonus of up to £5,000!
The welcome package wasn’t really enticing so I am giving them a Sign-Up Bonus score of 3/10.
Cash Out Time: Processed as Promised
On their website, it is stated that the standard cash out time takes a maximum of 2 working days and true enough they were able to process it just as they promised.
I was able to get money back without any delays so I am giving them a Cash out Time score of 8/10.
Software: Very Sluggish!
Downloading and installing the software was just time-consuming. And to make it worse the software was very sluggish on my PC which already has decent specifications. It’s incomparable to William Hill’s easy-to-use software which is more responsive and user-friendly.
They definitely need to improve the performance of their platform so for now I am giving them a Software score of 5/10.
Design & Layout: Very Basic
I was expecting something different from their lobby but it turned out to be just an ordinary interface. To be fair it was organized but a little creativity would have made a huge difference.
The experience was halfway between boring and entertaining and for this I am giving them a Design & Layout score of 3/5.
Game Quality & Variety: Massive But Mostly the Same
They have more than 600 games. That’s a lot in terms of numbers but in reality most of the games are basically the same and the difference is only based on the themes. Nevertheless, their ability to present me with so many choices is still remarkable.
With this massive selection, I am giving them a Game Quality & Variety score of 10/10.
Customer Service: Good but Not Outstanding
I had no problems contacting the customer service department but in general they need to be more professional in communicating with their clients. In one of the conversations that I had with their support team, the agent that talked too wasn’t very friendly although he was able to provide me with the answers that I was looking for.
Support quality was generally acceptable but not exceptional so I am giving them a Customer Service score of 11/15.
Reputation: Operated by a Company with Disputes
Casino Kingdom is among the many brands that is managed by Apollo Entertainment Limited, a company that is regulated and licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (Licence number: 000-038620-R-319310-002). This company however has had some issues in the past with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and had been warned for marketing false information. It is far from Karamba’s clean and well-maintained reputation.
Because of this, Casino Kingdom gets a Reputation score of 13/20.
User Experience: A Fair Share of the Good and the Bad
I also wanted to get the feedback of other players so I did an extensive research to see their comments. All in all, both good and bad feedbacks got significant numbers.
After a careful evaluation of all of these comments, I am rating this casino with a User Experience score of 13/20.
Casino Kingdom features an extensive selection of game titles and they do process withdrawals without any delays but other than these advantages, I see no other key benefits from this online casino. I am certain that there are other online casinos out there which have much better features and services such as Mansion, William Hill and Karamba.
Overall, Casino Kingdom failed to impress me and even the numbers can prove it as they only got a total score of 66/100.
